Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior:
- Creating and Designing Automation Tests for DevOps oriented Azure applications with cooperation in DevOps Team,
- Available to give handful insights in automation tests,
- Familiarize with business flows and learn about dependencies,
- Learn about solution scenarios and test them manually, after becoming proficient, propose and develop complex integration tests to automate a manual process,
- Close cooperation with other project groups,
- Work with databases,
- Collaborate with programmers, analysts and other team members to solve problems,
- Taking part in the maintenance and development of the test environment,
- Test execution and bug reporting,
- Creating test documentation.
Specialist/regular:
- Familiarize with business flows and learn about dependencies
- Search for flaws, problems, and loopholes in the current solution
- Prepare and execute Unit Tests for parts of the application
- Learn about the solution and test it manually, after becoming proficient, propose and develop simple tests to automate a manual process
- Planning the testing process as part of assigned project activities,
- Designing and performing test cases,
- Reporting of results from conducted tests,
- Close cooperation with other project groups,
- Work with databases,
- Collaborate with programmers, analysts and other team members to solve problems,
- Taking part in the maintenance and development of the test environment,
- Test execution and bug reporting,
- Creating test documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior:
- Higher IT education or related fields,
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing,
- Experienced C# Developer,
- Proficient analytic skills,
- Ability to learn business flows,
- Able to write Unit Tests (xUnit in C#),
- Able to write UI tests (Selenium),
- SCRUM knowledge,
- C# background,
- Good understanding and experience of test automation concepts,
- Experience in working with test automation solutions (Selenium, SpecFlow),
- Knowledge and experience in test automation and CI concepts(Azure.DevOps),
- Basic knowledge of SW Development Lifecycle,
- Experience with Microsoft systems,
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft technology/scripting languages: C#, .NET, T-SQL, PowerShell,
- Fluent English (spoken and written),
- Ability to travel up to 20% to attend client meetings.
