Job description

Responsibilities:

  • creating high-quality backend applications
  • development and maintenance of the system infrastructure
  • participating in code reviews
  • direct contact with clients and advising in their decision making process
  • knowledge sharing with the rest of a team
  • improving internal software development and delivery processes

Requirements:

  • at least 1-2 years of commercial programming experience
  • very good working knowledge and deep understanding of Java and Spring framework
  • good knowledge and understanding of Kotlin
  • experience with databases, in particular MySQL
  • familiarity with AWS or other Cloud providers
  • good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Nice to have:

  • experience with development in Node.js and PostgreSQL
  • familiarity with Docker
