Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT projects within PPG, focusing on engineering excellence.
• Maintain and enhance the continuity of the PPG Power Platform, applying DevOps and SRE principles.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to design software solutions based on precise business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept, translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Establish yourself as the go-to technical expert in the Power Platform domain for our business partners.

Qualifications 

• Higher degree or equivalent experience or equivalent technical training.
• 3 years+ of IT experience with Power Platform (including tenant administration at scale).
• Strong oral and written English communication skills, including technical writing. Global interactions (Mexico, US, Europe, Asia)
• Skills managing application design and project priorities.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managers.
• Understanding of the Agile development methodology.

In first days, you will:

• Spend time to know PPG culture and internal processes and peoples.
• Understand platform environment and release process.

In first month, you will:

• Participate in short term project and service requests.
• Develop minor functionalities and features.
• Participate and execute on PPG Power Platform strategy.

In first 6 months, you will:

• Drive your own projects.
• Taking ownership on some of the platform areas, developed features and modules mainly from finances and HR areas.
• Develop own Power Platform curriculum and learning path.
