On IT Business Analyst role, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the existing systems, inter-relationships, and business processes so youwill have a clear understanding of the current state. You will develop relationships with their team and main team members and participate in single and small team projects to apply basic skills while developing specialized skills in their area of expertise. You will develop relationships with business and IT and apply practical knowledge learned through previous experiences. You will report to IT manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide the Quality team on best practices of business processes and effective usage of tools and technologies.
  • Translate requirements and communicate the impact to the Quality team.
  • Maintain functional specifications and work with IT technical resources (internal and external) to complete the systems changes and enhancements.
  • Complete functional testing for system changes and enhancements
  • Learn the standard QMS software: ETQ Reliance modules.
  • Provide technical leadership for QMS software implementation and upgrades.
  • Lead the Development and maintain system customizations and integrations.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues jointly with SaaS (software as a service) vendor.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports, data extraction, data analysis using Excel, Teams and PowerBI
  • Lead or help with power user and end-user training.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, configuration and process design sessions.
  • Manage supporting business process documentation, such as SOPs, work instructions, or process diagrams.
  • Develop knowledge of best practices, commonly used concepts/methods, and procedures for conducting business analysis 


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience in software development or technical support.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in managing remote setups, services, and implementations.
  • Systematic, business-oriented approach, receptiveness to new technologies and good communication skills.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills experienced.
  • Preferable: knowledge in areas such as QMS, ISO, CFR21
  • Must be willing to participate in a hybrid workplace with at least 2 days in the office. 

IT Hard skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge one of programming language ( preferable JavaScript)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Profound Technical understanding 
  • System Development and maintenance
  • Understanding of data management and data analysis.
  • Documentation skills, specifically of main analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases) 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple partners on different seniority levels remotely.
  • Hands-on attitude and proactive .
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization.
  • QA Validation / Testing knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
