Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Expected to have deep understanding of business needs and how to address those needs with effective IT solutions,
• Provide analytical and technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, development and implementation of business applications,
• Collaborate with customers, staff members, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to define detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present viable solution options,
• Collaborate on translating business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for systems / application development,
• Follow architectural standards and established methodologies and practices when developing business applications,
• Create, modify, and test (unit tests) programming code,
• Web applications development, from “kick off” phase, implementation and production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as software developer.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to understand application design and prioritize projects.
• Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet customer service expectations.
• Effective team player.
• Independent, flexible, and detail-oriented with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks without face-to-face interaction with colleagues and managers.
• Familiarity with the Agile development methodology.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, T-SQL, Azure and GIT.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in written and spoken Polish.
