As an Enterprise Monitoring Engineer you will perform work at the fourth level of analysts within this job family and work to coordinate activities with the next tier teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and hardware alerts 
• Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems
• Work effectively with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems
• Track the resolution of all issues
• Escalate critical issues appropriately to the supervisor and support teams
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and documentation of processes
• Identify trends in alerting and works to proactively with other teams to resolve these trends 
• Script and automates repeatable tasks
• Mentor and works with junior analysts
• Lead low to medium complexity operational projects

Requires:

• Technical skills to interpret operations problems and to develop the necessary procedures to correct and prevent future occurrences
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders
• Good time management discipline
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
• Experience in the following technologies:
• Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
• Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH)
• Squared UP Dashboarding
• MP Studio
• IPLabel’s Newtest: Robotic Automation engine
• Paessler PRTG
• DataDog
• ThousandEyes
