 The candidate will be part of the "Identity & Privileged Access Management" Organizational Unit, a structure within the Cybersecurity area of the NEXI Group.

The unit operates internationally across the entire Group perimeter, ensuring a comprehensive and secure management of the identity and privilege lifecycle in compliance with best practices and security regulations. The unit works across the entire functional and technological stack, from platform management, related maintenance, and evolution to operational support for end-users, etc., up to managing process and compliance aspects. Moreover, the unit is involved as a primary stakeholder in both business and technological projects in all phases, from analysis and design to final delivery.

Main Activities:

In this challenging and complex context, which simultaneously offers continuous opportunities for expanding knowledge and enriching professional experience, the set of skills/experiences considered beneficial at the beginning of the proposed journey is broad. The Identity Management Expert is therefore a professional with:

-         Strong understanding and experience in the field of Identity Management and Privileged Access Management

-         Solid experience on key IT technologies and processes (IT infrastructures, public-cloud, access-management, software development, to name a few)

-         In-depth knowledge of IT security aspects, best-practices, standards, and regulation

-         Ability to organize and lead complex project activities.

-         Experience on managing and coordinating third-party teams and services.

-         Hand-on experience in managing platform lifecycle activities such as upgrades, extensions, integrations, etc. and related support teams.

-         Experience in active participation to both internal and external audits (e.g. providing required evidence, negotiating remediation activities and plans, etc.)

Education and Main Competencies:

The candidate holds a degree in scientific disciplines and has gained a solid experience in the field of information security applied to IT services. He is method-oriented, analytical, and motivated to continually expand, improve, and update his knowledge. The candidate is capable of leading initiatives to concrete realization, leveraging his technical expertise, organizational skills, and successful interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders from various disciplinary backgrounds.

Certifications and other skill:

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for effective operation in an international environment.

Specific certifications in the security field such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27KLA, CEH, CCSK, etc. are considered an added value to the candidate profile.
