Job description

Description of the position:

The main focus of this position is to take a lead on our Azure Cloud practice, as well as to provide technical expertise and guidance to our clients on their Cloud journey with Azure.

Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners, sales, and technical teams to develop value propositions with Azure solutions and services offerings.
  • Define and present models and roadmaps for client’s transformation to Cloud. 
  • Work in an international environment - lead end-to-end Azure transformation programs to meet customers’ diverse IT & business objectives.
  • Advise on the Cloud architecture solutions, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Evangelize Azure practice to drive a common vision.
  • Implement organization practices, and capabilities across teams, plan on career paths, training & certification. 
  • Manage project delivery and overall profitability of the practice.

Required qualifications and core responsibilities:

  • Min. 4 years of experience with relevant technology consulting to include, enterprise-scale technical experience with Cloud infrastructure for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Min. 3 years experience with Microsoft Azure tools: SQL Server on Azure, Azure Synapse Analytics/SQL DW, SQL Server Analysis Services, Azure Resource Manager, Storage, Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of business and IT architecture frameworks as well as Consulting and Project Management methodologies.
  • Very strong communication skills, including strong documentation skills and a high degree of comfort presenting to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience driving both the sales cycle, by taking the lead in framing client opportunities, and leading the team to create the proposal content for client discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic engagements for a large global organization.
  • Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application integration/delivery CI/CD, and Azure architecture/solutions – including reviews, migration, DevOps.
  • Fluent in English
