We're looking for a QA Automation engineer to join our Warsaw office.

📍 Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office (Warsaw) - 3 days at home

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing test plans and coverage, estimating the testing process checks and reviewing QA artifacts;
• Develops test cases and prioritizes testing activities;
• Ensures quality of the content and structures of all testing documents while identifying and proactively managing the quality risks;
• Works with the TL and helps the team meet their commitments;
• Acts as a functional leader – integrates between teams, creates knowledge-sharing methodologies and defines professional standards for the entire unit;
• Involved in defining roadmaps, planning, business/technological protocols and standards;
• Plans and decides on testing plans for newly developed content.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in the specific domain or in a related area of experience;
• In-depth knowledge of Test automation tools, commercial or open source;
• In-depth knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end;
• Experienced in API and UI automation levels;
• Experienced in mobile automation;
• Experience in test automation pyramid concept;
• Good coding skills (Java).
