We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer!

Responsibilities:

Creating software in accordance with design and technical documentation
Defining features architecture, programming difficult features
Choosing the tools to improve the quality and optimize the time spent on the project
Writing technical documentation
Code reviewing, refactoring, optimizing
Estimating stories and features accurately
Delegating tasks, supporting other Developers
Mentoring Junior Developers
Improving and refining technical processes (i.e. for code reviews, commits, builds, versioning, logs release)
Conducting technical interviews of candidates, preparing and checking programming tests

Requirements:

Passion for games, staying up to date with the game industry
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer
Expert knowledge of C# and Unity
Work experience in a leading position
Experience in integrating/creating company-wide systems/architectures
Work experience with Scrum
Fluent English
