THE VISION
Platige Image is looking for an experienced and well-organized Junior Technical Producer, who will manage programmers’ team and cooperate closely with CTO to coordinate development processes within the studio. The person on this position will participate in various projects commissioned by the biggest companies in the world. If you are equally at ease managing both people and spreadsheets, join us!
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL
- Day-to-day production management of the Pipeline Programmers Team (Python Developers).
- Provide, set-up and manage the system, where backlogs and tasks are created and managed.
- Preparing and overseeing of schedules and budgets and maintaining them on a daily basis.
- Synchronize the planning between teams, to improve communication and the effective task-flow between teams.
- Manage the organization of the documentation supporting a project.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year experience as a Project Manager, Producer or Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in at least one project management methodology (eg. Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Basic knowledge of Jira and Bigpicture.
- Well-developed organization and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive problem solving skills.
- Positive and constructive attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English easily.
ADDITIONALLY SCORED
- Familiar with Autodesk Shotgun and Gitlab.
- Background in the post-production or game industry.
