Our Lifecare team are looking to recruit a Technical Product Manager. Lifecare provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for physiotherapy and musculoskeletal care providers.


About you

We’re looking for someone who wants to help our customers and their patients by shaping how our product works and what it looks like. You will be a product manager and have a technical background.


About the role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative products that seamlessly merge technical components and functionality. This position combines the strategic mindset of a Product Manager with the technical expertise allowing you to shape the entire product lifecycle.

The role will include:

  • Lead the “understanding the problem” phase of a more technical project involving APIs, enterprise customers and new integrations.
  • Create product specifications and ensure that requirements are fully understood by our engineering team, to build new features that solve real-world challenges of our customers.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that outline feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation, while maintaining a holistic view of the product's evolution.

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a portfolio showcasing successful product launches and interesting technical challenges solved.
  • Great understanding of RESTful API, authentication schemes and SSO (OAuth, OpenID, SAML)
  • Solid understanding of principles of how the World Wide Web works
  • Experience in working with a software build for a modern cloud infrastructure
  • Strong interest in helping companies adopt healthcare technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Great project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and understand trade offs - as well as the ability to explain those trade offs to colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Flexible. For example, You’ll be open to flexible working hours to participate in occasional calls with North American and Australian time zones

Remuneration and benefits

  • Remuneration. We’re offering up to €6000 per month. The role will be contractual. There will be a discretionary bonus based on performance.
