FinTech Techlead Engineer

Your position in our team

• You will enhance our payment platform by defining the foundational technology stack and leading the development of resilient payment integration services.

• You develop the payment integrations for our market-leading B2B fitness SaaS platform, collaborating closely with product management and developer teams while leveraging JVM technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot.

• You work closely with the engineering manager to empower and support your team on technical aspects.

• You lead a small cross-functional team, selecting JVM-related technologies and frameworks to develop services that integrate payment service providers.

• You design and develop resilient, maintainable integration microservices in an agile and autonomous environment.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in developing and architecting cloud-based software using JVM technologies, with knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.

• You have initial professional experience in technical leadership

• You have experience in developing and operating a scalable, cloud-native platform on AWS, utilizing infrastructure as code.

• You focus on delivering high-quality, reliable integrations with fast deployment cycles, continuously improving both the team and yourself

• You stay up to date with programming trends, thrive in collaborative environments, and communicate confidently in English.

• You apply proven design patterns pragmatically to build maintainable and efficient solutions
