Perfect Gym Solutions is a worldwide company with the vision to create the best software solutions for fitness clubs, sports objects and gyms. The software product has been designed by Perfect Gym owners to meet the needs of this special customer segment.
Currently we are looking for a talented Senior Test Engineer - Team Lead to be a part of our Team.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Management of automation developers team,
- Being an architect and lead developer of a test automation framework,
- Supervision of delivering tasks with the use of Agile methodology on time & with high quality,
- Definition of objectives for the team, monitoring their execution and control of their execution,
- Supporting communication between teams in the company,
- Creating and adapting processes and tools necessary to efficiently implement objectives of the company,
- Participation in implementation of solutions to provide cost optimization and effectiveness improvement,
Specific qualifications for the role include the knowledge and experience in:
- 4 year of experience in testing,
- 2 years of experience in application development in C# and test automation with SELENIUM,
- Leading creation of test frameworks,
- Leadership skills,
- Experience in leading teams or projects,
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology,
- English skills,
- Good communication skills (including business communication),
- Openness to the continuous self-development,
- Pro-activeness, time management with ability to work under time-pressure, goal & quality-orientation, ability to identify risks and threats, ability to identify business needs,
