    Hello,

    We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

    People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.


    For the project we are working on with our partner offering mobile communication solutions, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer.



    Your duties will include:

    • You will work remotely in a mixed team of People More specialists and client people.
    • You will be in constant communication with the team
    • Both the client and ourselves place great emphasis on the free flow of information and support between team members. This makes the work effective and enjoyable.
    • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend solutions using Node.js and Fastify.
    • Implement robust backend functionalities to support communication and data storage requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with our international team, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Participate in the design, planning, and implementation phases of new features.
    • Optimize backend performance and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.


    Requirements that must be met:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
    • Experience with with Fastify framework
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Knowledge of English and Polish at B2 level or above
    • Openness and good cooperation with the team you are joining
    • Independence, but also the ability to work in a team
