    Job description

    Online interview

    Hello,

We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for SAP Solution Architect.

    Your duties will include:

    • Act as the connector between business functions and SAP operations
    • Encourage the standardization of business processes throughout all departments while preserving a fundamental solution
    • Assess business needs and develop an architectural framework for solutions
    • Engage in the transformation initiative, analyzing business needs and formulating solution architecture
    • Develop skills and strengths to deliver comprehensive support for the SAP Core Solution applications within our Global Business Unit, while also aiding and overseeing business processes
    • Recommend solution architecture within the SAP FICO domain and oversee the implementation of functional and technical solutions for changes and projects relevant to their area of accountability
    • Contribute significantly to the technical and functional solution roadmap, including business initiatives by providing advice and evaluations
    • Ensure that the proposed solutions align with the overall framework, focusing on quality control, consistency, best practices, and adherence to the roadmap
    • Configure within FI/CO in S/4 HANA
    • Analyze and document business needs for new functionalities, which may encompass custom enhancements and tailored reports
    • Work collaboratively with various technical teams to assess design alternatives, enhance design solutions, and reduce performance impacts
    • Develop and implement new processes and configurations to address business requirements
    • Create and execute functional unit test scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct testing activities (such as integration, performance, and user acceptance testing)
    • Assist in the rollout of production applications and offer post-production support regarding custom system enhancements and integration aspects
    • Proactively communicate the status of all activities to relevant stakeholders
    • Adhere to established standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and maintenance of systems

    Requirements that must be met:

    • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Accounting, or relevant professional experience
    • minimum 6 years of experience in IT systems analysis, collaborating with end-users to convert business needs into system specifications
    • At least two complete life-cycle implementations of SAP
    • Over five years of practical SAP configuration experience in the FICO modules
    • Experience with the integration between ECC and third-party applications (such as banking systems and credit card processing systems) is preferred
    • Familiarity with complex implementations, including custom solutions related to Percentage of Completion (POC) and sales revenue postings, is a plus
    • Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules, such as MM and PS
    • Desirable knowledge of data exchange methods, including ALE, iDoc, BAPI, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to investigate and evaluate SAP solutions to meet new business needs
    • Proven understanding of all facets of a full life-cycle implementation and ongoing support.
    • Sound knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration standards, object dependencies, and database tables
    • Strong ability to think creatively and analytically when resolving problems
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of facilitating discussions and presenting concepts to various stakeholders
    • Competence in engaging with clients and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, while leading requirements gathering and analysis sessions and creating documentation and models
    • Willing to travel as required (10-20%)
    • Familiarity with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is an advantage
    • Language proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written (level C1)

    What we offer:

    • We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
    • Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates. We used to be software developers, too, and we appreciate that job!
    • A small team
    • An international working environment and international projects
    • Private medical care
    • Sports card
    • Training courses
    • Work that is 100% remote (unless you prefer another system)

We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)

If you are not sure if you meet the requirements, apply—we’ll talk and give you an honest answer.

Why it’s a good idea to work with People More?

    • If you are not satisfied with your work or your tasks, we’ll find a way out together!
    • If you get bored, we will offer you a new product and new, fascinating tasks
    • We will work on your brand together: you will get an opportunity to attend conferences, including as a speaker, and we will help you publish in recognized magazines and online
    • We will facilitate your access to challenges that are usually difficult to get
    • At any time, you can talk directly to the board of People More—we talk your language because the company’s founders are software developers and designers!

What does the recruitment process look like?

    • A friendly remote initial interview
    • 2 remote technical talk
    • The decision to work together!
