SAP FSM / SD Support Consultant (part-time)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for SAP FSM / SD Support Consultant (Order-to-Cash & Integration).

Your duties will include:

• Analysis and resolution of issues within the Order-to-Cash process, especially:

  • sales orders

  • pricing

  • delivery processes

• End-to-end error analysis in the SAP SD environment

• Analysis, reprocessing and troubleshooting of IDocs and EDI-related issues

• Support in analyzing errors within the SAP FSM to ERP integration

• Execution of user management tasks in SAP FSM (e.g. user creation, password resets)

• Analysis and resolution of issues within the SAP FSM application

• Support in dispatching and scheduling activities (service calls, assignments)

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders and interaction with 1st and 2nd level support

Requirements that must be met:

• Strong knowledge of SAP master data (Business Partner, materials, equipment)

• Solid experience in Order-to-Cash processes, especially within SAP SD

• Experience with pricing, item category determination and troubleshooting in sales processes

• Hands-on experience with IDoc processing and EDI environments

• Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations (focused on troubleshooting)

• Understanding of SAP table structures

• Experience with SAP FSM (dispatching board, service calls, planning functionalities)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work between business and IT

• Very good English and Polish
