Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for the automotive industry.

What you will do
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team responsible for designing and delivering extended warranty services primarily to the U.S. market. You must be passionate about agile methodologies. We are looking for a person who will be a mentor/ servant leader for the team members in implementing and following agile practices in the daily work of the teams.

Responsibilities
- Cooperate closely with the management, and the teams in Poland/USA/Thailand;
- Encourage and support your team to manage their own iterations;
- Streamline daily meetings, retrospectives and planning meetings in teams;
- Solve problems, create interactions that will help our products enter the market;
- Supervise the processes by introducing and using Scrum framework best practices;
- Train other team members in the Scrum framework;
- Remove impediments to ensure the successful delivery/implementation of the product development process;
- Track and analyze performance indicators and team dynamics to develop the teams more efficiently.
Expected experience
- You know and understand the software development process;
- You have highly developed analytical skills;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You have a minimum of one year of experience as a Scrum Master or a Project Manager with Scrum experience in the online/web/digital/mobile field;
- You have a focus on the development of Agility of the Organization (Business Agility) and the team members;
- You have experience in the implementation of complex IT projects;
- You have a PASSION for working with people;
- You have a good knowledge of CI, DevOps, TDD practices;
- You have practical experience in agile methodologies such as Kanban, SAFE and Scrum;
- You have experience in improving IT processes and/or software.
Nice to have
- Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, product management / marketing, information management, finance or other field of technology / IT;
- Scrum master certification.
