PayEye is a Polish fintech that introduces the safest and most convenient payment system based on biometric technology using the iris of the eye. We are the first in the world to introduce such a solution commercially, thus changing the perception of the client with personal finances.

You will be
- shaping portfolio of flagship products, including:
- multiple mobile apps
- multiple web interfaces
- biometric payment terminals
- creating UX driven prototypes
- taking part in all stages of the Design Process
- working closely with internal clients and development teams
- converting business needs into functional and aesthetic interfaces
- looking after consistent look and feel of all components of our portfolio
To be successful you will need
- minimum 5 years of experience in a role of a UI/UX or Product Designer
- strong knowledge of UX/UI patterns and best practices
- solid portfolio of products delivered to market
- understanding of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
- fluency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe
- willingness to work with Agile teams
- fluent polish and english skills
- experience in designing A/B tests to validate your hypotheses
- strong experience designing user experiences and digital product with a focus on optimization and conversion
- nice to have:
- experience in fintech environment
- experience in e-commerce projects
