Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, adapt, and implement thorough quality assurance standards, criteria, plans, and strategies for the team to follow when developing and testing software.
• Lead by example by actively contributing to automation initiatives. Promote and assist test automation to expedite regression, smoke, and load testing.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of automated quality assurance frameworks.
• Plan and conduct performance testing to identify and resolve scalability and performance-related issues.
• Oversee and assist QA engineers in their professional growth by mentoring and advising them. Provide training and guidance to team members on testing best practices and tools.
• Ensure the CI/CD pipeline and the QA procedures work together seamlessly to enable automated testing and quick deployments.
• Monitor and report on QA metrics to track progress, identify improvement areas, and ensure transparency.
• Inform all relevant parties—including a business manager, a release manager, and product owners —of the state of the testing efforts and quality indicators.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a QA Engineer Lead (QA Manager) in a production environment
• Hands-on experience in implementing test automation QA frameworks, preferably on .NET.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of QA professionals.
• Experience in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Appium or Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience using codeless tools like Ranorex to streamline and automate manual QA processes.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) flows and experience in enhancing and maintaining automated CI processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with native mobile testing frameworks and micro-services architecture knowledge.
