Senior Frontend Engineer - Poland, Remote

About the Role:
Pango Group is looking for a passionate Senior Frontend Engineer eager to be a core part of the web team. They’ll be responsible for expanding and supporting our customer-facing web platform, as well as the internal management panel. Our ideal candidate will own their product and guide other developers, seeking new ways to improve our applications and deliver new features. This role involves a focus on development rather than interaction with internal and external customers.
Day to Day:
- Deliver high-quality features and solutions;
- Ensure product stability and performance;
- Contribute to creating a robust and well-thought architecture;
- Employ best engineering practices and facilitate technical innovations;
- Work in a cross-functional team that touches all of the core systems and user flows;
- Provide continuous technical and architectural improvements.
- Be proactive in suggesting new approaches and best practices in software engineering and architecture design.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience;
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES5 + ES6) and TypeScript;
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
- Strong knowledge in architectural design, design patterns, design anti-patterns;
- Production experience and advanced skills with React + Redux and MobX;
- Understanding approaches and principles for optimization of site load speed;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with React Native, Protobuf, and Docker;
- Good knowledge of NodeJS, NPM, and Electron;
- Advanced PHP skills;
- Browser Web Extensions development experience.
