The 2D/3D Editor is one of the key differentiators of Packhelp. In June, the team released a brand new version of the editor, enabling features impossible in the earlier version. The Editor runs cutting-edge tech available: genuine 3D models, AR, WebGL, micro-services-based backend infrastructure.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Editor team passionate about design. You'll be responsible for making the editor the easiest best and easiest tool to design packaging. Think of Canva, Figma and 3D-based editors. The role is challenging as you'll need to find ways to translate complex print-related limitations into easy-to-understand choices for our customers. We're looking for a data-driven, visionary type of person with proven track record of developing products.
What we need from you:
- 4+ years of experience in a product role, ideally related to design, online editing tools or 3D.
- Proven track record of long-term vision execution.
- An eye for aesthetics, clarity and great UX.
- Technical fluency (ideally, your have prior experience in development, DTP or 3D).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to triage conflicting priorities and to drive decision-making.
- Experience in collecting quantitative and qualitative data.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the 2D/3D Editor team consisting of developers and a designer.
- Shaping and executing product vision, strategy and roadmap for Editor Team.
- Developing new features and use-cases how the editor can be used.
- Crafting a strong user experience to give a flawless first time experience for our users.
- Surveying and talking to our customers to learn what works and what doesn't.
- Learning about the various aspects of the Editor such as 3D, Print, UI/UX on your own.
- Researching similar apps and tools to build up expertise necessary to understand what customers might be used to.
- Creating value that the customers are willing to pay for.
