Ongoing responsibilities
Operational management and SLA/performance analysis of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
Demand evaluation and recommendations
Coordination of onsite support activities
Support root cause analysis and ensure preventive actions with suppliers
Coordinate changes and support successful releases with technical teams
Vendor management, including governance and SLA oversight
Ensure compliance with security policies in collaboration with suppliers and security teams
Invoice control and budget compliance
Drive service improvements and continuous optimisation
Oversee hardware/software lifecycle management, including vendor coordination and replacements
Maintain accurate service documentation and CMDB data
Identify and manage support gaps within the service
Assess and mitigate operational, cyber, and service risks
Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for network-related queries from business, IT, and vendors
Key Technical Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Experience of working in a production/ manufacturing industry
5+ years in similar role
Technical knowledge
Broad knowledge of networking fundamentals and LAN and WLAN infrastructure (specifically Aruba and Palo Alto Networks)
Knowledge or experience of network device replacement
Knowledge of Azure network is advantageous
Knowledge of Aruba and Palo Alto Networks tools is advantageous (eg Aruba Central, Clearpass, Panorama)

Employment details:
3-month probation period
Permanent contract offered after successful performance review

Hybrid working model – 2 days per week in our modern, centrally located office
