With over 20 years of expertise, they’re pushing boundaries through a state-of-the-art Cloud Native platform, backed by a new competence center in Warsaw.

As a Tech Lead .NetCore , you'll lead and mentor multiple engineering teams in delivering cutting-edge products. 

This pivotal role involves guiding technical strategy, ensuring timely project delivery, and promoting engineering excellence through best practices in development, testing, and security.

Our client’s platform team uses a robust tech stack, including C#, Java/Kotlin, MS SQL Server, Azure services (DevOps, Blob Store, Service Bus), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Currently evolving a sophisticated monolithic system into modern distributed services, their goal is a fully cloud-native, event-driven architecture that can scale elastically to meet customer demands.

about the role:

• Oversee software engineering teams, aligning development with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members.
• Drive high performance, innovation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Uphold the "you build it, you run it" philosophy, where engineers take ownership of the code from writing to monitoring.
• Lead in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with teams organized by product and platform, operating in two-week sprints.

• your experience
• 6+ years in software development, 4+ with .NET Core, and 3+ in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency with .NET (C#), Java/Kotlin, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
