Our client is a Swiss medical devices team who for a few years now has built an IT competence centre in Warsaw. 

With the development and continuous improvement of both their products and the software which helps run them, they have trusted us again to look for an additional

Software Engineer (Python or C# or C++)

Location: Warsaw (some hybrid option)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) - Umowa o pracę

Fluent English is required

Key tasks:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using Python or C#
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Support other teams that use our clients' services for firmware development
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Contribute to agile, developer-driven culture and environment
• Occasional trips to the HQ in Switzerland

Key skills required

• Solid knowledge of Python or C# or C++ programming
• Strong Kubernetes skills, 3+ years of experience
• Experience with software development best practices and design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Understanding of DevOps culture and Agile methodologies
• Effective teamwork skills, with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
