The Role

We're seeking smart, driven software engineers to join our Client's growing, ambitious team. As a Backend Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform.

Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS

What You’ll Do

• Work on our microservices architecture, handling both legacy systems and greenfield projects
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services
• Optimize and maintain existing systems while building new features
• Take a high degree of ownership over the solutions you create, from conception to deployment and maintenance
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve our systems
• Collaborate closely with the whole product team, including Product Managers, QAs and other Software Engineers to create the best experience for our users

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in software engineering, demonstrating consistent high performance and impactful contributions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency in system design and the ability to make architectural decisions
• Adaptability to work with both legacy codebases and greenfield projects
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts

• Salary of 18 000 - 27 000 PLN net
