Our Client is global design & manufacturing leader in the field of medical devices.
For their rapidly growing Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, we currently look for a
IT 2'nd Line Support with German
In a professional and international team of developers you are responsible for the verification of solutions starting from early stage prototype to commercial product. You can integrate your skills by working on tests development and execution for the health data processing in the hearing aids in order to contribute to the high quality of our technologically sophisticated products.
Your tasks:
- 2nd level support and close cooperation with application and process managers
- Further development of internal processes and support of the specialist departments in on-going digitization processes
- Collaboration in international IT projects and implementation of small IT infrastructure projects
- Close cooperation with other specialized departments & interfaces, as well as the IT department of the parent company
- Support and rollout of industry-specific software and hardware for the customization of our hearing solutions
Your profile:
- Completed IT education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of support and/or maintenance of applications
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Database and network knowledge
- High service, quality and customer orientation
- Very good communication and team skills
- Distinct understanding of problems and solution competence
- Willingness to travel within Austria / after Covid/
- Fluent in German and English is a must
Terms of cooperation
Agreement: Contract of employment
Salary: 10 000-13 000 PLN gross per mth.
