We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to collaborate with one of our clients to create a healthcare ecosystem in the United States. As they continue to grow dynamically, they seek a professional to support their team in this crucial role. Your responsibilities will involve:

• continual contributions to the AI map production codebase, including reviews of your colleagues’ code
• close partnership with Product Management in defining and realizing the best achievable user experience
• regular team syncs about our machine learning approach, including generating and constructively critiquing new ideas
• continually evaluating new technologies and innovations that can be incorporated into our solution
• collaboration with other Platform and Application Engineering teams when opportunities to jointly tackle problems arise
• documenting your work to a high standard, and rigorously ensuring the quality of everything that is released
• learning about healthcare data and how to use generative AI to solve critical problems for application users
• proposing new designs and ideas for creatively finding ways around seeming obstacles to a high-quality user experience
• development of key functionality enabling our AI tool to address critical and currently unmet user needs

We seek individuals who possess:

• 5 years of experience with machine learning in production, including ML Ops
• knowledge of the mathematical underpinnings of generative AI, and its strengths and weaknesses in practice
• experience with fine-tuning foundation LLMs using Python
• demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• knowledge of best practices for data privacy in the context of machine learning

It is a plus if you:

• have experience and interest in healthcare and health data
• can adapt rapidly to new frameworks and technologies, especially in the context of large language models
• can work in a fast-paced environment
