We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that will be part of a brand new team, together with developers and testers, here in Wroclaw. Our projects have been delivered from Ireland so far - so this is the very first delivery team located in Poland.

Requirements
- 3+ years working as a Project Manager,
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and organizing projects from the concept phase,
- Excellent knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies,
- Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to non- technical business people,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is desirable,
- Occasional travel to the customer site is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all services and delivery related to our client,
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget,
- Ensure resource availability, allocation, and management of the team,
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress,
- Use and execute appropriate controls to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs,
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques,
- Manage and foster the relationship with the client and all stakeholders,
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks,
- Document business requirements that can be given to developers,
- Work closely with the development/technical lead to deliver features as per design.
