    OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of technological solutions for the logistics industry. Our main product is an ecosystem called Trucker (Transportation management system) helping our multiple clients handling their daily logistics operations. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on Allegro logistics operations and the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are over 3500 across Poland and Czech Republic!

    We are looking for an experienced manager to build the team of C# Engineers, collaborating to create powerful and stable solutions that support a product with over a million active users.


    We are looking for people who:

    • Have experience in .NET development, Azure and PostgreSQL experience is a plus
    • Are seasoned experts in software development and system architecture
    • Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the "servant leadership" approach
    • Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers and across closely collaborating teams
    • Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team
    • Have experience in leading teams working with the use of agile methodologies (at least 2 years of experience)
    • Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks
    • Can work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) and care about business results
    • Enjoy constant developing, updating and sharing their knowledge
    • Know English language on at least B2 level (experience in managing English-speaking team members is a plus)

    • Building a team of skilled engineers to efficiently deliver business value through technical work
    • Leading the team in an agile environment
    • Facilitating close cooperation with other teams
    • Actively shaping the product and its development roadmap by being a partner to a Product Manager
    • Developing team’s members by taking into account individual preferences and needs to achieve mastery and autonomy while fulfilling the purpose of employee and the organisation
    • creating and managing ideas in the team technology excellence area
