Job description

As Support 3rd Level Consultant, you will be a part of the team that helps to create and develop our security products further. You will join the Danish-based team which covers projects all over the world, and who interacts with customers, partners, and other departments on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities
  • Take ownership and work on incidents registered in our IT Service Management Portal and lead the resolution process.
  • Navigate the universe with Professional Services (PS) and Research & Development (R&D) departments to identify root cause and resolution, which you will communicate to the customer or partner in a clear, concise and service minded manner. The Force does not work here.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks at customers who have purchased Advanced Solution Support.
  • Facilitate and deliver service requests defined in our Service Catalog efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the handover process from Build to Operate phase by ensuring all relevant information has been provided, that the customer has been set up correctly and can use the ITSM tool and thereby positively contributing to the customer journey.

Your qualifications and experience
  • On the technical side, you will need to have 3+ years of experience from a support position or may have worked in another technical role.
  • You need to have a strong knowledge of and experience with MS SQL Server and have general knowledge about business processes and life cycles in enterprises. Experience with the .NET framework and JavaScript (jQuery) is an advantage.
  • Or, you have studied MS SQL Server, .NET framework and JavaScript (jQuery), and are eager to learn more.
  • You thrive by working in a rapidly changing environment, and are a firm believer that any problem can be solved by working together.
  • Finally, you quickly grasp different types of technologies, and you have the ambition and passion in providing world-class customer service.
  • You need to master the English language in writing and orally, as we are an international company. Skills in Danish and German are also a plus.
