Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the DevOps function, driving automation, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure. You will work closely with other project members to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operation of applications and services.
The team is working on an AI based application to develop and support business processes for different business areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role, with a focus on leading teams.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including deployment and management.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and maintain container orchestration systems using Kubernetes.
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, with a preference for Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps ecosystem.
