Business Analyst

Location: Remote

What will your job entail?

• Identifies specific business requirements (high-level demand) & clarifies importance to the value proposition; Communicates appropriately at the department and division manager level
• Supports the MVP definition on this basis and defines the overall expected functional test outcomes
• Documents the identified business requirements as a basis for estimating the solution designs and the resulting effort (BIC phase)
• Coordinates IT delivery to build the business case
• Supports the business unit as the first point of contact for IT & acts as a "pilot" through the IT processes
• Participates in monitoring & protocolling of the utilization & availability in accordance with the agreed SLA

We are looking for individuals who have:

• A very good command of the English language both verbally and in writing,
• Knowledge of database structures and SQL queries
• Experience in software testing
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and processes
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI
• Goal-oriented, proactive approach and committed to personal development,
• Additional advantage will be familiarity with insurance industry
