Norwegian indoor map and navigation start-up that is aiming to be a global leader in a rapid growing market is looking for a Customer Success Technician to join the team in Kraków!

About the product:

The company uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform technical floor plans into beautiful and interactive.
The indoor maps are designed for large building complexes, such as: universities, hospitals, shopping malls, offices and airports.

In this position, YOU will:

Play an important part in the projects by helping grow our customer base by creating maps for their buildings.
Ensure that great maps are delivered to our customers world-wide.
Assist our existing customers, especially when they encounter problems with our tools or when their building changes.
