We are currently looking for a qualified Prompt Engineer to continuously improve our AI-based solutions. You will work with our team of AI engineers dedicated to developing and building our innovative AI products. To provide customers with the best service and achieve the company's strategic goals, we need experts with solid technical knowledge and linguistic finesse.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to apply the latest advances in Large Language Models (LLMs) / NLP.
• Design, develop, and improve our AI-based solutions.
• Create and refine LLM prompts to generate high-quality, relevant content.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure our AI products meet user needs and align with company goals.
• Implement best practices in prompt engineering to maximize LLM performance.
• Conduct continuous research on model behavior and interactions to improve our strategies and configurations.
• Stay up to date with the latest news in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
• Provide insights and reports about our AI solution development process.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or AI Engineer.
• Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as C# or Python, as well as tools like Semantic Kernel, and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of AI models, LLM / NLP, machine learning, and AI content development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams.
