Scope of Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery: from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, risk management, to successful closure and handover.

• Develop realistic yet ambitious project plans, roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and budgets — then execute them flawlessly.

• Drive projects with a strong bias for action and results; anticipate blockers early and remove obstacles proactively.

• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams (internal + external stakeholders, vendors, developers, designers, etc.) without formal authority when needed.

• Maintain crystal-clear communication with all stakeholders — provide transparent status updates, manage expectations, and escalate decisively when required.

• Track progress rigorously using appropriate tools and metrics; identify deviations early and course-correct to protect delivery commitments.

• Ensure delivered outcomes meet or exceed quality, performance, and business-value expectations.

• Continuously improve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working based on retrospectives and lessons learned.

• Thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities while keeping the team focused on the most important outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering projects end-to-end (software, product, digital transformation or similar).

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards — we care much more about what you actually shipped than certifications.

• Strong delivery mindset — you are energized by crossing the finish line and removing anything that stands in the way.

• Highly self-driven and autonomous: you take initiative, operate with urgency, and fill gaps without being asked.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (upward, downward, cross-functional).

• Solid understanding of both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile delivery approaches — you choose and adapt the method that best serves delivery speed and quality.

• Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you turn data and feedback into actionable decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a startup / scale-up environment — you are comfortable with high ambiguity, limited resources, rapidly changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats.

• Exposure to product-led organizations or fast-moving tech / SaaS environments.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications (nice to have, but proven delivery results matter more).
