We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Engineer who will play a crucial role in leveraging our Atlassian suite to optimize operations. This role involves designing, developing, and managing intricate solutions using Atlassian tools, and hands-on resolution of Atlassian-related tickets. The focus is on optimizing JIRA, Confluence, and OpsGenie to streamline workflows, improve response times, and facilitate seamless communication across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and managing intricate solutions using Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and OpsGenie.
• Solving incoming tickets related to the Atlassian suite, providing efficient solutions and enhancing user experience.
• Designing and building comprehensive project spaces, portals, and helpdesks using Atlassian tools.
• Coordinating with various teams to define roles, set up complex workflows, and streamline business processes.
• Developing and maintaining roadmaps for the usage of collaboration technologies across the organization.

• Excellent English written and oral skills.
