Job description

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Learning Team to own the core product areas of the Northpass platform. If you’re a high-energy leader with experience managing B2B SaaS products, we want to get to know you. What you own each and every day:

Discovery - You will bring to the table your deep understanding of our customers, our business, and the broader market in order to discover opportunities.
Outcomes - While we empower our product teams to determine the best solutions for problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the outcomes.
Alignment - You will be responsible for ensuring all product team members (designers and engineers) and stakeholders are well aligned on the product team’s objectives, key results, and constraints.
Collaboration - You'll partner with Design and Engineering to discover, design, and deliver exceptional product experiences; You’ll also partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent delivery to the market.

To be successful, you:

Have 4+ years of Product Management experience, building and shipping SaaS products that result in significant business impact. You’ve amassed a collection of techniques and methods for modern product discovery & delivery, and you know when to apply the right tool for the job.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and can easily transform ambiguous problems into clear opportunities to delight customers.
Are an expert communicator and storyteller, both written and verbally, and you know that listening is just as important.
Can influence without authority; You’ve led teams of designers and engineers, and you’ve also used these skills across all levels of an organization.
Can see a holistic, big-picture, yet you can apply fanatic attention to detail to execute on high standards for product quality.
Are curious and inquisitive, relentlessly seeking out opportunities for your own growth, as well as the growth of the broader Product team.
Have any experience in the training or Learning & Development (L&D) industries or any experience with MarTech, analytics platforms, or CMS products (a major plus).
