The scope of your role
As the next business analyst in our team, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements and translating it into IT "language". You will be in charge of creating documentation and analysis of our solutions by decomposing high-level and low-level information by working closely with our development team and product department.
Who are we looking for?
Are you a creative and curious person with a genuine interest in Business Analysis? We are always looking for new knowledge and have a curiosity out of this world, we think that you have the same mindset and you are excited to read about the latest tech trends.
Must have:
- Experience in IT projects.
- Experience in analysis and document requirements specification.
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Focused on teamwork.
- Experience of modeling tools and notations like UML, BPMN.
- Good English speaker (min. B2).
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have:
- Experience in banking or finance.
- Knowledge of Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure platform.
- Technical knowledge and programming skills.
