Job description

We are looking for 2 Senior Java Developers to TradeHub in Gdansk. Keen on working in Gdansk with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced multicultural and inspiring working environment? Join Core Services & Market Risk IT Team in Core Trading Technology division and contribute to the development of the high quality, mission critical, large scale platforms for streaming applications and storage of trades, quotes, settlement information, accounting events etc.

Your Backgroud:

Java Developer with minimum 5 years of experience in web development, Enterprise software tools and integration
Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferably)
Strong back-end orientation
Fluency in Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, JSON, XML
Working experience with API (RESTful APIs, gRPC, Thrift)
Solid understanding of MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases) and Oracle (or other relational DB)
Fluency in English (B2/C1)

Your future responsibilities:

Java development (Spring & Hibernate)
Building real-time systems to publish and consume data to Kafka and Hadoop
Interacting with schema-less and schema-driven databases
Developing highly resilient systems with automatic failover and backend service, deployment and monitoring solutions
Developing APIs
Containerization tools development Docker/Kubernetes
Mentoring and coaching activities for junior level personnel
