Working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, you’ll play a part in making us truly digital. We all have a role in building the best bank that serves our customers’ changing needs – through innovative solutions, collaboration and partnering with fintechs.

Are you ready to embark on a learning journey where we lead the way and push the limits in transforming the future of banking?

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Data Engineering Team, where we deal with Big Data technologies on a daily basis.

  • Leverage Scala and Spark to enrich and transform corporate data to enable searching, data visualization and advanced analytics
  • Work closely with DevOps, QA and Product Management teams in a Continuous Delivery environment

The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw. Welcome to an international team of Engineers, who work on the next generation of BigData Platform. We are friendly and always willing to share the knowledge with each other.

Who you are

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the four key values that guide us in being at our best. We imagine that you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table. You’re dependable, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others.
Must have skills (at least one the following):

  • At least 2 years of experience with Scala programming language
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in test-driven development

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Knowledge of Hadoop stack: YARN, Sqoop, Hive, Impala, MapReduce, Oozie, etc.
