The offer
 
As a Network Operations Specialist/Engineer, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and operating the Network, Telecommunications and Security hard- and software components. You will interact with IT Specialist, Operation Analysts and Developers in tasks related to monitoring, operation and maintenance. Moreover, you will act on a regional level and takes responsibility for domestic deliveries as well as Nordic. 
 
In Command and Control Centre unit, which is a central location for IT operations based in a modern Global Operations Centre, all monitoring, operations and other aspects will be designed and delivered under one roof. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Network Operations Monitoring and Event Management. 
  • Network and Security Critical/Major Incident Management. 
  • First Response Operations Activities. 
  • Problem management. 
 
The role is based in Warsaw.

Your background: 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting and monitoring network systems in a enterprise environment. Previous Network Operations Centre experience is preferred. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.  
  • Availability to work on shifts 6.00-18.00. 
  • Understanding of key network monitoring protocols including SNMP, NetFlow, WMI, syslog, etc. 
  • Knowledge of Cisco network devices and ITILv3 certificate will be an advantage.
