We are looking for a Functional Tester with strong experience in requirement analysis and test design with possible background in accounting. You will be expected to self-organize your work and collaborate in agile team in order to contribute and deliver within planned timelines of program, which include proactive solving of impediments, else openly communicating road blockers to supervisory body in timely manner. The offer

You’ll join QA team, where we increase production stability and cost efficiency while creating and deploying new solutions to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

◾ Review and comment requirements and technical designs from a test perspective

◾ Analyze, design, implement and execute test cases using both manual and automated test methods

◾ Contribute to defining the overall test plan & approach for team

◾ Work actively with the whole agile scrum team to secure high quality of deliveries

◾ Gather and manage test data

◾ Report, debug and verify defects

◾ Monitor and document test results

◾ Perform functional and non-functional testing

◾ Resolve daily impediments and mitigate risks

Your profile and background:

◾ Expert in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems

◾ Agile testing process from requirements to final quality assurance

◾ Designing and implementing automated test cases Experience in various test automation frameworks

◾ Experience with BDD / TDD

◾ Experience with CI frameworks and source code control tools

◾ Experience in test environment planning and implementation

◾ Working with international, cross-country environment

◾ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

◾ Being familiar with banking and preferably with Core Banging Solutions

◾ BS/MS in Computer Science, engineering or related subject

◾ Tools: HP ALM, JIRA, HP UFT, Selenium, SoapUI, etc.

◾ Good level of English

Required qualifications:

◾ 3-4 years of experience in software testing with 2-3 years of experience in agile testing

◾ Experience with SQL databases, MS Office pack and JIRA

◾ Basic experience in programming (preferably Java or C#)

◾ Experience in mobile solutions testing

◾ Strong requirements analysis experience

◾ Bachelor and/ or master's degree in IT engineering or equivalent

Optional:

◾ ISTQB Foundation Level certification

◾ ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst
