The offer

As a Scrum Master in Financial Risk Control (FRC) IT, you will be a dedicated Scrum Master for 2-3 Scrum teams. Moreover, you’ll be helping the FRC organisation in their overall agile journey. This journey started 2 years ago, and you can expect to join two well-established agile development teams including experienced Product Owners.  
 
In our team, FRC IT Accounting, we are currently building high performance systems to support our business partners in managing, analysing, controlling the trading flow in Nordea.  
 
We are undertaking a massive transformation and redesigning from a PLSQL legacy applications towards a modern Java and Apache Spark based solutions with resilience and future scalability in mind.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
 
  • Coach the teams  
  • Be the servant leader of the teams  
  • Remove impediments for the team and help the team deliver  
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings and optimize process  
  • Ensure transparency to business and management  
  • Cooperate closely with Product Owners  
  • Take care of the team dynamics  
  • Help in the recruitment process of new team members  
  • Support team leaders in the daily duties  
 
The role is based in our new office in Gdansk, Poland.

Your background:  
 
  • Experienced in Information Technology  
  • Proven experience with Agile practices and methodologies
