The offer
 
As an EA Platform Expert, you’ll will contribute to our implantation of Enterprise Architecture Methods and tools. You will be in the epicentre of Architecture at Group level enabling transformation in Nordea by bridging and enabling our federated units working with Business, Information, Application, Technical Architecture and business process modeling ensuring they deliver the Enterprise overview.  
 
In EA Platform unit, we proactively drive and support the development of Enterprise Architecture, IT strategies and key strategic architectures in Nordea. What you’ll be doing:  
 
  • You will be functioning as a centre of excellence in the development of our EA capability in communication, content governance, quality management, and architecture lifecycle management as well as providing our customers, other Nordea units, with expert knowledge and guidance developing their Enterprise Architecture maturity roadmaps.  
  • You will be working with different stakeholders, analysing their needs and improving the implementation of our common tools and communication platform.  
  • You will provide expert knowledge on how to implement modelling and communication needs into modelling standards, front end web publishing, workflows supporting content governance, and quality assurance.  
  • You will be an expert on our EA platform, so that you can act as a Business Analyst/Solution Architect enabling our developers translate use-cases coming from our business units into working solutions.  
 
The role is based in Gdynia but we are working across the whole Nordea. Our team is spread across Nordic countries & Poland therefore some travelling might be required.

You have deep technical knowledge of the EA and worked with EA on enterprise level, preferably with application like MEGA or similar, web publishing of repository data and modelling in all architecture disciplines. You can use this knowledge to give practical guidance to your customers. You have an excellent conceptual knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture domains (Business, Information, Application, Technical Architecture and business process modeling). TOGAF or similar certification is highly desirable.  
 
Your background:  
 
  • Proven technical experience with EA application platform, preferable MEGA and a deep knowledge of techniques used to publish the content in the repository.  
  • You are analytical and client oriented.  
  • You can translate business needs into requirements and you are able to define multiple solution options to problems.  
  • A demonstrated ability to work well with others and effectively manage stakeholders at senior level.  
  • Experience using workflows for different purposes i.e. content governance and quality improvement.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
