Due to the global increase of interest in public cloud solutions, we witness a higher demand for our services. As we aim for delivering excellence of services we decided to expand our Managed Cloud Customer Success Unit. As the team is growing and spreading across all the countries, currently we are looking for a Customer Success Lead, ready to take care of the unit.
As a part of the Managed Cloud Customer Success Unit, you should be jointly with the team focused on delivering the highest quality of services and increasing the customer’s satisfaction.
As the MC Customer Success Lead you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating a distributed team of 10+ people
- Managing the team and personal growth of every team member
- Creating a vision on how to professionalise managed services in a cloud organisation
- Building Customer Success, long-term strategy
- Keeping both the customer and the team informed about the needs and changes
- Supporting the Managed Cloud teams in understanding the customer's needs
- Helping team to understand the already signed contracts, defined SLA’s
- Covering all escalations
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in a similar role gained in mid-size or large, international companies
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth understanding of ITIL/support processes
- Previous experience in support/maintenance or customer service branch
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- "Get it done" attitude
Skills that would be a plus:
- Previous experience working with a public cloud solution
- Strong interest in technology - including public cloud
