Purpose of Role / Overview
The Junior Software Developer will assume all tasks related to coding/ programming/ integration work as directed by the Web Marketing Manager and under the technical guidance of senior developers at Nonstop Workshop.
Tasks will encompass predominantly (but not exclusively) areas such as:
- Shopify CMS development: page/ dynamic content, resource functionality, integration with various external applications and SaaS
- platforms.
- Report production/ creation using various business tools and data sources. This could be for the purposes of site functionality or as management resource.
- Tasks/ projects related to automation, administration efficiency and security/ privacy.
- Technical project work related to structured multi-variate testing assisting the marketing team in Conversion Rate Optimisation experiments.
- Visual and content related changes to both the websites and other marketing tools such as email broadcast software.
- Data management, administration, archiving and backup configuration for some cloud hosted applications - like our bespoke web
- service app.
- Dealing with tasks across our main production storefronts of terrysfabrics.co.uk & blinds-hut.co.uk
- Technical site changes and tasks related to the Search Engine Optimisation campaign
