Job description

At Nomagic, we are a dedicated team of engineers and scientists on a mission to teach robots the real world. We believe that the age of smart robots helping humans with repetitive manipulation tasks in factories, warehouses, stores and soon in our homes, is coming. We are building the brain for those robots.

We use recent advancements in deep learning to control robots based on signals from cameras and other sensors. We use industrial robots, simulations, cloud services and lots of data. We thoroughly measure performance and advance our system very fast.

Do you have experience in designing & launching complex software systems? Do you have a passion for programming hardware? Do you get excited when your software actually interacts with the real world? Are you ready to learn new exciting world of robotics? We are looking for senior software engineer to join our world class team in Warsaw. We have challenging and impacting projects that will change how robots operate in the world.

What you will do

Build advanced robot control system - from design, through implementation to support in production
Collect real-time signals from our robots for better introspection and debugging capabilities
Coach other team members in building high quality systems by introducing best practices in software development
Safely operate robots in the real world
Work on the real world problems that our customers have, debugging problems, supporting systems deployed at customer sites
Support our systems in production by regularly participating in the oncall shifts (together with the rest of the team)
