The team you’ll be part of
Your responsibility would be to execute verification of Nokia 5G RAN (SRAN) software with precommercial mobile chipsets from global vendors, according to release calendar. As part of these activities, you should be able to understand Nokia 5G RAN (SRAN) implementation and execute test plans to verify functionalities. You shall work as a technical engineer in 5G RAN and execute technical activities and projects in own responsibility area defined by leader. You will create reports from testing, record daily progress, report issues or faults that are not compliant with specification.
Execute IODT testing sessions in Nokia labs and if needed in the customer lab – 5G SA/NSA, TDD/FDD, mmWV/cmWV, conducted & OTA.

- Perform IODT and functional testing between Nokia 5G Radio and chipset/OEM vendors. This includes doing analysis, test case design and review with chipset/OEM vendors
- Execute testing, perform troubleshooting and project reporting
- Perform Software and hardware upgrade as well as configuration of the Nokia 5G Radio to meet IODT requirements
- Participating to specified and mutually agreed tasks according to project plan and resource allocation
- Reporting of status, deviations and risks
- Active driving responsibility in case of deviations and problems regardless of the origin
- Participating to specified technical meetings and Project meetings
- Make sure that the Project personnel have and maintain the preconceived knowledge to perform the tasks well
- Follow the agreed processes and methods
- Testing according to project plan
Your skills and experience
You have:
- At least 1+ years’ experience in SW/HW integration or system testing mobile device/wireless radio access products 5G/4G
- Knowledge on RF is a plus
- Understand E2E 5G, 4G network implementation
- Ability to understand and evaluate internal/external specifications
- Experience with test analysis and test case execution
- Experience with system testing and troubleshooting
- Experience with test equipment & Tools: signal generators, spectrum analyzers, test mobile, protocol analyzer
