We are a Scandinavian Software House based in Cracow. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager who will help us manage projects for our scandinavian customers.

Possible job locations:

  • Kraków or remotely - you can choose :) Nevertheless we would appreciate your presence in Kraków office at least once a month.

Our recruitment process consists of 2 stages: HR Interview and PM Competency Interview.

Project Manager for Lifecycle department

As a Project Manager, you will have direct contact with our customers – building and growing these relationships will be in your hands.

NoA Ignite deliver services to customers in many industries, including leading companies within sports, tourism, dairy and education. In Lifecycle department we specialize in helping our existing customers to succeed with the solutions we have created for them. We work with maintenance and SLA agreements with contracted budget for exploring and improving products we deliver for out customers. In our Team you will be working with 9 developers and Team Manager/Project Manager making sure our customers receive the top quality support.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have cooperated directly with customers and successfully organised and led different initiatives and/or projects in international markets.
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have enough experience to lead a project using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. You know something about waterfall approaches as well.
  • You have at least 1-3 years’ professional experience as a PM (we will consider Scrum Masters or Product Owners as well) and know how to kick off and lead a small-to-medium size software development project from start to finish.
  • You are a team player, open to uncertainty and diversity.
  • You are proactive and willing to work on your own initiative.
  • You are reliable and respectful, with high ethical standards.
  • Speaking and writing in both Polish and English comes naturally to you (C1/C2 Level).
